121sensei.com acts as a potential matching service between students and teachers in Japan. Prospective teachers are not employed by 121sensei.com. There is no contractual agreement. Any lessons taught should be considered freelance work.

Your profile:
By using this service you agree that your contact details can be given to students and or schools that request them. The profile that you submit in your online registration form is openly available on the World Wide Web. You are solely responsible for its content and accuracy. Any information posted that is found to be false will result in your profile being removed from our site.

Teacher conduct:
You are responsible for the planning and execution of any lessons that may arise from the use of 121sensei.com. 121sensei.com does not offer any teaching materials or advise prospective teachers as to what materials could be used. 121sensei.com does not offer any venue, classroom or place that lessons may be performed in. Teachers are expected to treat prospective students in a courteous and professional manner. In the event of cancelled lessons, ideally you will give students sufficient notice. Any lessons scheduled as a result of using this site will be organized between prospective students and prospective teachers only. Prospective teachers are responsible for lesson content and should keep mentioned content to acceptable norms.

Lesson fees:
121sensei.com neither collects nor pays lesson fees that may arise from the use of this service. Students on a lesson-to-lesson basis pay fees to teachers, or as arranged between teacher and student.

Period of agreement:
This agreement is valid from when 121sensei.com accepts your registration and posts your profile, until such time as you wish to remove your profile from our site. Additionally, profiles may be deleted with or without notice.

Use at your own risk:
You use 121sensei.com at your own risk. Neither 121sensei.com or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the service and the site or arising out of any action taken in response or as a result of any information available on the service and the sites. You hereby waive any and all claims against 121sensei.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents, representatives and licensors arising out of your use of the service and the website and the information available thereon. 121sensei.com will not become involved in any disputes that may arise out of your use of this site.

Changes to this agreement:
This site reserves the right to revise this user agreement at its discretion, so check back from time to time to be sure you are complying with the current version.
