| Do any foreigners pay TV tax? I mean, NHK squandered millions through some corrupt officials recently, so who wants to pay it? Also their bi-lingual news (read 'attempt at news') is poor to say the least. Makes me laugh when they whip out the eigo pamphlet when I say I don't speak Japanese. Anyway, that's that |
