| I am an American from Minnesota, a state which is in the Upper Midwest
of the United States. I'm nowfinishing a Ph.D. degree in Educational
Sociology at Nagoya University. My research involves international and
intercultural education, especially at the university level. For students interested in studying abroad in the United States, I can provide some information about universities and life in the U.S. Teaching has always been interesting for me and I enjoy having conversations with many different people. I have mostly taught adults in the past, but have taught families and children as well. The type of lessons I will offer depends on what kind of English you would like to learn (conversational, reading & writing, etc) and what is your individual learning style.
