| After years with part time jobs and raising 4 babies, spread out over 9 years, I am looking forward to meet some new students who will want to learn either English or a fairly unknown language like Hungarian. I know a lot about the culture, I have lived in Hungary where my family comes from, and in Scotland, in France and Spain as a student. There is so much I can tell from my own experience abroad! I guess my teaching would not just be the language, but also the different mentality. I have made a vocabulary book for people who suddenly need to go to German speaking countries, e.g. With their partners, and have no time for slow moving language classes, but need to deal with German food, authorities, doctors etc. immediately. I would also like to introduce people to another culture who are under pressure. In that case you need a big vocabulary more than anything. I am hoping to provide good and sound teaching, for whatever language. |
