| 121sensei.com is a place for teachers in Japan to post their teaching profile online to attract students wanting private lessons. It's a simple process. After your registration form has been submitted and accepted (you must be in Japan), your teaching profile will be posted on this site and be viewable Japan wide.
Once teaching profiles are online, students can browse them from our database. Students can choose teachers living in their area or near their workplace. Students decisions are based upon your teaching fees, style, teaching location, etc.
Your registration form has various fields for you to fill in, and we recommend that teachers complete as much as possible so that students have more information to choose you by. Teaching in multiple areas (near home or work), increase's your chance of getting students, so we recommend multi-listing for the teaching locations field on your registration form.
121sensei.com may be used by anyone teaching in Japan - no matter what language you teach, to attract private students. Perhaps you have a fulltime job and want to boost your income teaching private lessons, or maybe you want to increase your current numbers of private students? Whatever your aim, we are here to help all teachers and students in all areas of Japan.
This service is entirely free for teachers to use. We don't charge teachers, and we don't dictate lesson teaching fees. 121sensei.com receives a fee of 2500 yen from students for upto 5 teachers contact details (email and phone number).
Teaching private lessons in Japan may be more satisfying for you as you can cater to your own students needs, as opposed to the more structured approach of English chain schools. Working for yourself also gives you added flexibility and control over lesson content and teaching style.
In offering this service to teachers in Japan, we hope you will take advantage of it and use it to suit your needs. If you have any questions, suggestions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll get back to you at the earliest possible time. All the best from Administration. |
