ELIGIBILTY: Teachers must currently be in Japan and be able to meet students in person.
YOUR PROFILE: Your contact details can be given to site users that request them and you agree to that by joining.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 121sensei.com is a potential matching service between teachers and students in Japan. Lessons resulting from the use of this site are organized between site users after we have given contact details to a user. Teachers are responsible for lesson content/planning/execution. 121sensei.com does not employ teachers and does not offer any venue/materials relating to lessons.
TEACHER CONDUCT: Kindly treat students in a courteous and professional manner.
LESSON FEES: 121sensei.com neither collects nor pays lesson fees that may arise from the use of this site. Students on a lesson-to-lesson basis pay fees to teachers or as they choose to arrange between themselves.
PERIOD OF AGREEMENT: Terms are valid from when 121sensei.com accepts your registration until such time as you wish to remove your profile from the site. A profile may also be removed without notice.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: You use 121sensei.com at your own risk. 121sensei.com shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use the service and the site or arising out of any action taken in response or as a result of any information available on the service and site. You hereby waive any and all claims against 121sensei.com and its representatives arising out of your use of the service and the website and the information available thereon. 121sensei.com will not become involved in any disputes that may arise out of your use of this site.
